My MFA program officially 'closed its doors' this year

Months ago, my MFA program shut its figurative doors. And then a mentor from my program wrote a piece about the ending of the hybrid-residency... 

I read the article in my Poets&Writers(I'm a subscriber for years). As I posted to the mentor on Facebook, I will say that I didn't know how to describe the feelings while  reading. 

I only knew as someone who knew the mentor, that a known space suddenly gone felt surreal and dreamlike.
