Being Neurospicy Part 1
When I got diagnosed, my dad told me, "Well, I know you got your smarts from your mom." I had to jokingly say I got half from him, too. He got me into popping bubblewrap whenever packages were opened! He would read encyclopedias for fun. He got me into a lot of hobbies and things and would defend my *quirks* in front of his friends. He didn't like one of my stims because he thought it would lead me to self-harming. But he did his best, and now I realize he was definitely ND!
