The Cherry Picking Is Outrageous

Happy New Year! I come with a RANT.

On Instagram, people discussed the violence against Megan Thee Stallion and why more folks weren't sympathetic to the crimes against her.

I mentioned it was because of racism, sexism, misogynoir, how Malcolm X said the Black Woman was the least protected person in the USA.

And some sexist/chauvinistic pig popped up in my mentions and said Brother Malcolm as a Muslim would not think to protect a woman 'like her'. 

I love how our visionaries mention protecting an unprotected group, there's always that A-HOLE who cherry-picks what they actually meant./sarcasm

Who is this PIG to say Megan is not worthy of protection? & HOW DARE YOU BE SO PRESUMPTUOUS to think Malcolm X would EXCLUDE her? He said "The Black Woman". Just because you don't like her music or her out-loud sense of self? 

I not only BLOCKED, I REPORTED them for spam. 

Addendum: Hate how these women/girl/feminine-hating punks can presume that the leaders we admire would also prescribe to their own bigotry.

Getting The Test...

I'm an OG(Old Gangster) comic and anime nerd and both in comic stores and video shops(back in the day), I've been given THE TEST... 

"Oh, you watch anime with your kids?" 

"No. I don't have kids." 

"So with your boyfriend?" 

"No. I'm single." 

"Would you like to watch anime with me?" 

"No thank you. I have friends I can watch it with." 

When it came to the comic shop, some guy had the nerve to ask me if I really was into comics and not only did I recite, verbatim, the Green Lantern mantra to him, but mentioned what I've been reading when he was in diapers(I don't look my age). He backed away.
